You have two weeks to get us your size or custom measurements, unless you other wise specify it. We do not order you gown until we receive this information. If we do not hear from you we will automatically refund your money after we email you for verification that this is what you want us to do. Remember it takes approximately 35 to 55 days to receive your gown after we order it.

All our gowns are made to order.
Allow 35 - 45 days for tailoring, and 10 days for shipping.
Allow 45 - 55 days for tailoring if ordering with matching flower girl gown.
We offer free shipping on all gowns using our preferred shipper DHL.
It is recommended that you have gown professionally ironed or steamed upon receiving it, remember it has been boxed and sent to you.
